After a long time of silence the best band in the world has made some noise again! First off is the trailer promoting the BBC's coverage of the Beijing Olympics, based on the Chinese folk tale Monkey King twisting the tale of the classical Chinese novel "Journey to the West", turning it into a "Journey to the East". Gorillaz have taken their short films and turned them into something for the masses on the BBC. The drawings of Jamie Hewlett, usual Gorrilaz artist, make this film again something unique.
They also recently made a song with Martina Topley-Bird called Soldier Boy.
And the documentary about them called 'Bananaz' will also be released soon!
To top it all I really want to buy their autobiography called 'Rise Of The Ogre', but it's like 40 euros!
And of course I'm gonna give you all a song, from Gorillaz of course! It's a mash-up, they're mashed with Digitalism.instru : Digitalism - Zdarlight
