So this is the new year...

Welcome in 2010! I don't feel any different!
But there's one big problem, just the same I had when I became twenty. This year's a milestone.. The decade is over and this was my (our) decade! Where our brothers were 90s fight club outcasts, or 80s glamrock, new wave yuppies and our parents were 60s-70s hippies, we were the Zero Years Hipster Wannabes kinda! Hurray, it was a weird decade, but it was ours, and with the ours I mean all the people between 16 and 24 should be sad right now.. Do you remember the Americans voting twice for a retarded monkey and then to top it of a black guy? Do you remember some crazy towelheads taking planes and destroying two really big towers, and the war on terrorism following those crazy acts? Do you remember Panormx becoming a brandname (kinda, maybe, little bit)? Do you remember people keeping an underground layer to make their own grandchildren by raping their kids? Do you remember the Lord Of The Rings Trilogy, the ending of Star Wars and the Matrix, and the resurrection of Batman? Do you remember people wearing those stupid little Pete Doherty wannabe indie hats? Do you remember reality tv becoming normal? Do you remember "We Are Your Friends" by Justice being played at EVERY party? Do you remember fireworks destroying like a whole town in the Netherlands? Do you remember Dutroux's trial? Do you remember Emokids popping up at schools? Do you remember Heath Ledger being oscarwinning gay in a cowboy movie and then dying few years later? Do you remember when everybody suddenly got on Facebook? Do you remember chubby jew actors dominating most comedies, thanks to one Judd Apatow? Do you remember having to have an iPod or being teased for the rest of your life, and Apple taking over the world consequently? Do you remember Mr. Babystabber? Do you remember Bird and Swine Flu crazes? Do you remember being fucking pissed because Belgium deserved to win against Brazil in the world cup, and then Brazil, who should have lost, won that world cup? Do you remember trying to catch them all, Pokemon? Do you remember Samson getting another hand up his ass? Do you remember Standard winning Belgians Football League twice? Do you remember the Simpson family hitting the big silver screen and Bart going naked? Do you remember all the political bullshit going on in Belgium after the election of shithead Leterme? Do you remember Kanye West becoming a God? Do you remember the explosion of blogs? ...
Well, you should! So kids, our decade is over and all following are for new generations, we just sit back and stay for the rest of the ride.
