The Working Man!

9 to 5 / Eple - 2 Many Dj's
Nine2Five ft. Lady Sovereign - The Ordinary Boys

P.s. Ik rij rond in de camion, dus holla at ya boy!

Song Surprise!

So my older brother came over some time ago, and because he has a family and a job he doesn't really have time to spend on his love for music, this love is something everyone in my family has. And so my brother Thierry isn't up to date with the music scene, and for this reason I made him a file with 37 songs of the last few months, you've got MGMT, The Brighton Port Authority, Wombats, Ween, N.E.R.D., Ting Tings, Len In., Mark Ronson and many other but to say more would spoil the surprise. And because I'm so nice you can enjoy it too, and download it here:

Justified Fashion!

You all know the band Justice, and you all know they always look cool. And now you can look as cool as them. They've already sold the t-shirts from their video D.A.N.C.E., but those were designed by So Me. Afterwards they took a shot at it for H&M, for their action "fashion against aids".Now they've designed denim and leather clothes for Surface 2 Air, check it out!

More videos!

Ok, I already gave you guys enough great videos, but I'm so generous that I'm going to give you some more, cheer!
The first two are videos from They Might Be Giants, that are old but still cool.

And then two clips from Linus Loves, the second is a remix of JT's cool song "My Love".

And how can I make messages without mentioning Kanye West, here you have his video for Homecoming with Chris Martin, singer of Coldplay who's new cd "Viva La Vida" you should really check out.

And to finish of, I have a video from an artist on Kanye's label GOOD(Getting Out Our Dreams) music, I didn't even know he had his own label, I'm a horrible fan! His name is Fonzworth Bentley and he used to be the personal assistent of Diddy and he went to school with André 3000. In the video he forms a band with André, Sa-ra and Jeezy called "Cool Outrageous Lovers of Uniquely Raw Style" or C.O.L.O.U.R.S., also the name of his upcoming album.

The hunt continued.

So I told about the fact that saturday I went to the Media Markt and Fnac to buy some CD's AND I told that Pieter forgot his backpack (?), so we had to return yesterday to get it. Luckily it was still in the locker and our CD's were still kept aside. So after we had tried to put some aside because we had way too much cds, we still decided to buy the most of them.
The first cd I bought was Ed Rec. Vol. III, the famous compilation of the great Ed Banger label.

And the second CD/DVD is filled with Dance-how-to's, clips and freestyles.

To finish of I bought some really low price cd's, the most expensive was 2 euro and the cheapest 1o cent. Two compilations, one with old electro music and one with eighties music, and then also a single of Yevgueni. I also bought a record of Maxïmo Park, with their song 'Girls who play guitars'.

Shutter!

I went and saw this movie saturday called "Shutter", it pretty much sucked, although Joshua Jackson is a bit cool, but it was supposed to be a scary movie, but it failed that purpose. But I'm a pantsy so it was still able to scare me. That's about all I can say about it, I wouldn't recommend this movie...

Music is a time machine...

A very cool commercial for Fuse.tv...

T-t-t-tecktonic!!!

The Compact Disc Hunter!

I went to Brussels with my good friend Pieter Defraene today, he had to buy a new cellphone and I decided to accompany him and to give my brilliant advice of course! After like looking for fifteen minutes, we saw they were all crap or too expensive, so our eyes slided to the cd section of the Media Markt and soon enough Pieter's arms were filled with CD's and mine were almost empty. But we decided then to go to the Fnac nearby, to compare prices, and we left the cd's to go get them later. In the Fnac I found what I was looking for, there's was a box filled with low price cd's I always told myself I would buy, but never did. So I left with four new compact discs and Pieter one. But the store closed so we really had to hurry to get back to the other store, but we were too late. And to worsen everyrhing Pieter had left his backpack in one of the store's lockers, and it was kind of my fault. So we'll go back monday and with that we've got another chance to buy some cool cd's. But now I'm going to tell you which ones I bought.
